COVID-19

I hope all of you and your families have remained healthy during this historical time. We are now seeing patients beginning May 11th. If you are needing to re-schedule your appointment, you may call the office during regular business hours. Please be patient with us, as this is a huge undertaking and will take some time.

Here is a general overview:

Our administrative team will ask be asking screening questions and asking you to sign a consent form before your appointment. Prior to entering the clinic area, these same questions will be asked and temperatures will also be taken on all patients as they arrive.

Parents will be asked and encouraged to remain in their cars. Please send the consent form with your child. If a parent needs come into the office, we ask only one parent accompany them, be masked, and not to bring any siblings or friends.

If your child has their own cell phone, please have them bring them to their appointments, so we can communicate via facetime to you at the end of the appointment as they hold their own phone. If they do not have a phone, we will call you by the end of the day in order to provide you a summary of what occurred and answer any of your questions.

Our reception area has been re-organized in order to allow maximum social distance even though we hope to keep the area clear of patients and parents as much as possible

Our team will be protected by all the necessary PPE, and the whole office will be disinfected and cleaned regularly.
